Our experienced NDIS Podiatry team treat and monitor all aspects of foot care, from general podiatry nail care to relieving discomfort and treating foot infections as well as advice on shoe suitability for mobility.
How our NDIS Podiatry Team help make people comfortable:
- Work with people on foot care – heel pain, bunions, ingrown toenails, tinea, corns and calluses
- Provide complete nail care services to toes
- Support through the assessment and implementation of a podiatry care plans
- Introducing aids and tools to assist in tying shoelaces, sock and hosiery fittings
- Organising Diabetic foot care
- Footwear and shoe recommendation
Empower’s NDIS Podiatry team will help to maintain mobility through treatments and proper patient education about the health of his or her feet and lower limbs.
We support individuals with complex support needs
The team treat a wide range of NDIS clients and are experienced in dealing with people that have disabilities such as:
